I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location is amazing, right by Sapanca Lake, perfect for leisurely walks along the water. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering a view that was truly remarkable. The friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere. On the downside, the dining options were slightly above average, and the hotel could benefit from more variety in the dinner buffet.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms smelled like urine, were very small, humid, and disgusting. I would never come back here again, ever. They switched on heating yet charged us the same amount claiming it's the same size.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and disappointing experiences. The rooms were nice and not too small, but they were totally not like the photos, which was a big letdown. On the bright side, I enjoyed the epitome of luxury with a private deluxe-sized spa Jacuzzi and separate lounge room with a private tanning balcony overlooking the serene lake.
